Second description: This second vase was an experiment. I was playing with new ways to decorate and etch into the many layers of colour with some new tools. I created a new  patina with the surface which I really enjoyed. Unfortunately the glaze dripped slightly onto the kiln shelf and has a little chip on the edge and some kiln wash stuck to the base. I've sanded it back but there is still some left on the base.

Materials: Glazed stoneware interior with exterior of white slip, underglaze & sgraffito decoration. 

Colour:  Black, Tan, Moss and Forest Green.

Dimensions: Approx 12cm width x 8cm neck x 19cm height 

These are all hand thrown on the wheel, hand painted and etched so expect slight variation in size and design.
