All our objects are one of a kind works, made honouring the traditions of hand craftsmanship. This creates unique variations in colour, shape and size, the spirit of the design however remains the same. We endeavour to describe, photograph, display and show the availability of all items as accurately as possible. If you see something you are interested in which has sold please contact us so we can assist you in finding a suitable alternative.

Postage & Shipping
Orders are shipped using Australia Post and delivery costs are calculated at checkout. If you have any questions, concerns, would like to discuss alternate delivery options or insurance for your purchase please contact us. Where applicable you will be notified of your tracking number once your package is shipped.

International buyers 

If you would like to discuss freight options including international shipping please contact us for a quote prior to placing your order. Please note we are not responsible for import duties, taxes and charges. Please check with your country's customs office, as any charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Shipping Times
Shipping times are offered as a guide only. We are not responsible for any delivery delays after your order has left our studio or due to any circumstances beyond our control. During peak holiday periods please allow additional delivery time. Studio pick-up is also available as an option to customers in Sydney.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We take a lot of care in packaging our goods and it is very rare we have breakages. If however your items do not arrive in one piece, please photograph any damage and contact us immediately so we can arrange a refund or exchange.

We offer refunds and exchange on products that are unsafe or significantly different from the description or photograph, please contact us immediately to arrange a refund or exchange. Any additional shipping and postage charges are your responsibility. We do not provide refund or exchange for change of mind.

Sale items and some specials items are final sale and will be marked as such.
